The new vaporizer from the traditional German company STORZ and BICKEL finally brings the forefather of all stationary vaporizers into the digital age: with a touchscreen and a web app! In doing so, its legendary shell has not had to bend and the Volcano still retains its iconic design.
The tinkerers from the global medical capital Tuttlingen in the Black Forest have finally given the Volcano the expected upgrade for its 20th anniversary: ergonomic bloom chamber, faster heating - hose function.
Do not underestimate the hose
Users of the first two versions of the Volcano, "Classic" and "Digit," have long found the smoke detour via the balloon annoying for several reasons. For one, getting the balloon up and down on the bloom chamber takes significantly longer than simply pulling on the hose. For another, many users of the classic versions of the Volcano have increasingly complained about the crackling balloons, especially during romantic or sensual hours. This is a factor not to be neglected if you like to meditate with your vaporizer or listen to a movie.
The tube is filled with dense vapor by the Volcano Hybrid's fan, so the drag resistance is minimal. This guarantees a pleasant inhalation.
The balloon stays - from now on you have the choice
From now on, it's up to you whether you prefer to feed your Volcano with shisha hose or balloon. We include 3 standard balloons and one balloon with quick change ring, so you can use it forever, as the balloon can be easily replaced with a frying hose if it breaks.
Improved bloom chamber in the new Volcano Hybrid
In the new Volcano Hybrid, STORZ and BICKEL has finally replaced the old bloom chamber. Now you can finally operate the bloom chambers with a clear conscience without accidentally touching hot parts. This is because the new system relies on a large-diameter plastic ring that serves as a spacer to the bloom chamber, which is now made entirely of stainless steel.
The advantage: There is no longer any contact between the steam and the plastic. The disadvantage: The bloom chamber becomes very hot. The solution: Storz und Bickel constructs a generously dimensioned plastic spacer around the bloom chamber. This not only banishes the heat from the hands, but also significantly improves the ergonomics when filling the bloom chamber.
Web and Android app from STORZ and BICKEL.
Storz and Bickel has been trying for a long time, but has failed to place an app in the Apple Store for an uncertain amount of time until now. But Storz und Bickel has not let this get them down and has developed a so-called "web app" in addition to the "working" Android app. This allows you to adjust the temperature of your Volcano Hybrid from all kinds of devices with Bluetooth function. So MacBooks, smartphones - maybe even some modern refrigerators.
